1 When will my order be dispatched?

All requests are processed upon receipt. Please allow 1-3 business days. For processing. Processing and delivery times do not apply to celebrations or bridging days.

 

2 How and when can I cancel my order?

We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.

 

 

3 How can I check the status of my order?

We know that you are looking forward to your bh cosmetics order!
Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives at your place completely, quickly and safely.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, with most orders shipped the following day.

In times of high order volume as well as public holidays, bridging days or launches of new products, there may be a delay of up to 5 working days in processing your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
Please note that it may take 1-2 working days for the tracking number to reach the courier company
and another scan is done.

 

 

4 What happens if my order contains missing, wrong and / or damaged items?

We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to fix the problem.
Please send us a photo for complaint processing

Please also make sure that the stamp "Packed with love & care by" can also be seen on the photo.

5 Can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel an order ، please contact customer service at support@bhcosmetics.de immediately. Cancellation / changes must be made as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed ، it can no longer be changed or canceled!

We do not test animal products or ingredients and do not ask others to test them on our behalf.
